Glory Constructions has been trading since March 2002, its original and ongoing goal to fill the growing demand for specialisation in Commercial and Industrial buildings.
The two directors, Charlie Fazio and Lance Karapetov, bring over 20 years of experience in both the building and commercial sector.
Charlie Fazio began in the residential real estate industry before moving over to the Commercial Real Estate. Charlie became a very important cornerstone to the development of Malaga’s commercial sector. His Commercial building career began in the early 1990’s and he has endeavoured to improve both the product and efficiency of his buildings ever since. Charlie has a clear working knowledge of expectations, Shire requirements and how to make the best possible outcome for a commercial lot of land.
Lance Karapetkov began as a plumber in his family business, which grew to employ 17 people and is still operating. He later moved on to renovating older, very luxurious homes and then building luxury homes before realizing his true potential in the field of Commercial Construction. Lance brings vast experience based knowledge to his buildings, helping clients to understand what can and will work for them. He has a keen knowledge and idea of how to design around a client’s needs and budget.
Glory employs 4 full time builders/supervisors, draftsmen/designers, estimators, a full maintenance team and administration and accounts support. Each are experienced and fully qualified in their own field to make the company run efficiently and with the utmost professionalism.
